New Management: Effective February 1, 2008, Professional HOA Consultants (PHOAC) has been retain for our community management. You will be receiving notices and contact numbers for them. We would like feed-back on your opinion of our new management company. When you have had contact with them we would like to know if you were satisfied with the results. New Landscaping Company: Giarrantano Landscaping, a professional landscaping company has been hired for several projects envisioned. We can look forward to much needed improvement in the quality, variety and conditions in the near future.
Newsletters: The Association is seeking a person who might be interested in creating a newsletter for periodic distribution to our Owners and Residents. If this might be of interest to you, please contact our Property Manager to volunteer.
Pet Regulations: We remind residents that though pets are allowed, the Association has adopted "Pet Rules & Regulations" which must be abided by at all times by owners.
