We manage only a small, select portfolio of commercial properties so that we can ensure prompt, accurate and personal attention to property operation details. We establish relationships with owners who have needs for long-term planning and management with personal accountability.
When we take a new account, we feel we are “partnering” with our Client to help them reach their investment goals. We strive to strike a balance in the critical attributes for successful management encompassing facets of technical & legal skills, risk management, physical maintenance enhancement, fiscal accountability and people skills.
We save owners considerable money by handling their lease renewals in-house at a discount, and as a licensed contractor, undertaking tenant improvements and remodeling at discount. We work cooperatively, not competitively, with others in the local brokerage community with the initial leasing of a Clients property.

Stephen Dows, Principal Property Manager.
Born in Rochester, NY Steve came to San Diego in 1976. He completed his B.B.A and M.B.A at National University here. Before founding Realty Resources he worked for Wells Fargo Bank as an Appraiser and then for the Trust Department in real estate acquisitions. He also worked for Security Pacific Bank in their Trust and Appraisal departments. He is a licensed Broker and General Contractor. He has served his condominium Board of Directors for eight years.

In addition to general property management and maintenance duties, we undertake tenant improvements and remodeling for the projects we administer.
Pacific Beach Restaurant enhancement:
A recent project at a popular restaurant was to add dormers in the roof to increase street identity and provide an open, airy interior enhancement.
Old Town Office renovation:
Another recent project was to renovate and expand a small existing office unit attached to a residential complex. This was an 80% rehabilitation to improve the functionality and bring the building to Code requirements.
